From Invitations to agendas, and everything in between.

I was tasked with more than just the wellness program with my time at the University of mississippi. Here is a collection of things I have made for the department, including flowcharts, forms, and tidbits of information.

I tasked myself with revamping our office’s vision and core values sheet that sits on the desk of every person in our team. Before, this document was bland, boring, and unaligned with the global brand of the university of Mississippi. I made it my mission to change that, and help our community feel more connected to the university they represent.

Our previous payroll distribution form was blurry, faded, and most significantly, difficult to read and digest the information. This new form focuses on clarity and readability, ensuring employees can easily understand the proper steps in securing their pay.

Pretty important i think.

Creating the College Colors Day graphic for the University of Mississippi was a way to capture the excitement and school spirit of this beloved event. My goal was to design something that was visually striking, easily recognizable, and embodied the Rebel pride that brings students and staff together.

Rather than sending out a long monthly email, I decided that A newsletter is the best action for us to take. This newsletter is engaging, easier to read, and has a clear layout, inviting our people to learn about things they should know, pass along news that is vital to share, and invite them to take action on things that will only benefit them.

Know, Share, Act is a simple, yet effective step forward in changing our communication process, and promoting transparency in our department.

Having a spot to tailgate at the University of mississippi’s grove is a feat in and of itself.

To be able to celebrate with family, friends and COLleagues is even better!

As a human resources department communication specialist, I recognize the need to hire the best people in all areas across our institution. By updating and modernizing our hiring graphic, our team could better connnect with today's diverse and dynamic workforce. By presenting our job opportunities in a way that is visually appealing and in line with our brand identity, we are able to attract the best talent while making a strong first impression about our company culture.

Changing a compensation plan for the first time in nearly 20 years at a university can be tricky. One of the most important items to tackle is how to get the message out to employees

My Role in the early stage of this complete overhaul, was to get our people informed about the upcoming forums, where they can ask their questions, and understand the upcoming change.

Change is hard, so ensuring everyone is on the same page is a vital step in successfully navigating these difficult waters.

Navigating an old operating system can be tricky enough as it is. Navigating it with no instructions? Good Luck.

This Simple Flowchart is degisned to help our people see the layout of our SAP system, and make the proper decisions about their benefits plan to best suit them, and their families.

Yes, HR Professional’s Day is a real thing!

(We accidentally missed it, so we made our own day for it)
